1. Non-Refundable Policy

The coaching fee  for the 1-to-1 Karmic Healing Call is a symbolic, energy-based exchange and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including missed sessions, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Rescheduling Option

If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 7 days of your original booking.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in a forfeited booking with no reschedule option.

4. Coach Cancellation

If divya is unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date/time.
